Born and raised in small-town Waldport, Oregon, I learned early to trust in nature and traditional remedies. With one doctor in town, herbal healing became a way of life—and a lifelong passion.

Over the last 35+ years, I’ve seen herbs work wonders. My journey led me to become an accredited massage therapist, blending hands-on healing with medical insight. I believe in functional healing—combining herbal wisdom with science to treat root causes, not just symptoms.

In 2020, after a personal health crisis and multiple surgeries, I found the Energy Enhancement System (EE System). Two sessions changed everything. Now I help others discover the power of energy healing, herbs, and natural remedies.

At the Herb & Tea Bar you can craft your own folk remedies and learn by doing. I don’t do fluff—I’m practical, direct, and results-driven.
